1. Email / Contact me about your commission order and complete the order form I will send you.
2. Wait for my confirmation and invoice.
3. Complete full payment in 48 hours.
4. I will start on your commission and send you updates throughout the process.
5. Once your commission has been finalized, I will send you a copy of the artwork through email.

By purchasing anything from me, you automatically agree to these conditions.You are expected to follow and comply with these rules when you purchase commissions or adopts from me.Breaking any of these rules, will lead to you being blocked and blacklisted.I will not be responsible for any inconvenience that may occur if you choose not to read my T.O.S. So please take the time to read them carefully!♡♡♡- I have full rights to my artworks and can use them for my portfolio.- Refund requests will no longer be accepted once the sketch has been started.- I reserve the right to decline anything that I do not feel comfortable or confident in doing, without having to state my reason.-Commissions are for personal use only, unless stated otherwise. There will be additional fees for commercial-use so please talk to me about it.- If you are to resell/transfer ownership of a model, please let notify me beforehand and to whom it will be transferred to.- You cannot resell my works/designs for more than what you paid for them.- NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) are not permitted. If you find one of my works, it is stolen. Please inform me.- All goods are digital files and NOT printed or shipped, unless stated otherwise.- Only minimal revisions can be made after an artwork is finished.- I will email you the full resolution of the image upon completion. A smaller resolution of the finished drawing will be posted in my social media accounts.- If you are to repost the image anywhere, please credit me as the artist and link my Carrd or Twitter.- I am not responsible if you lose the file of the commission.- I will only start doing the commission once the payment is completed. For vtuber models or adopts above $150, I will accept payment plans.- Updates will be sent to you during the entire process of the commission (sketching, lining, and coloring)- Turnaround time is usually 3-18 days, depending on the commission type and my schedule.

Type A- Art [is] {#AE8FE3} the main focus of the product / merch. These include but are not limited to stickers, photocards, posters, pillow cases, and the like.Ex. stickers, posters, body pillows, photocards, postcards, keychains, etc.Type B- Art [is not] {#AE8FE3} the main focus of the product / merch, however is part of shaping the overall product.Ex. album covers, thumbnails, banners, social media art, video content, game asset, model, vtuber asset, etc.Type C- Artwork itself [is not] {#AE8FE3} the main or only focus of the product / merch however the design used will be for the project, wherein the design will be redrawn by the commissioner or another artist. This type also includes commissioner's 'personal projects' drawn by me that will be reuploaded for the consumption of others. Therefore, credits are obligatory and must be visible to the audience upon upload.Ex. model design, outfit design, mascot design, comic, manga, etc.Type D- Art [is not] {#AE8FE3} used for any of the above purposes nor will it generate [any sort of profit] {#AE8FE3}. It will only be used for personal entertainment.
